feminPEM aims to cultivate community, provide a safe and welcoming space for self-improvement, and to highlight challenges and solutions for promoting equity and advancement of women in our professional field.
This is a one-day conference consisting of a keynote address, TED-style personal talks, breakout sessions, and some unique & creative networking activities. The conference includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, a little bit of swag, and a LOT of energy and inspiration.

Ten of your peers will take the stage, one-by-one, to share their stories of resilience, innovation, independence, and more
Breakout Sessions
Small group sessions will focus on practical, actionable skills and topics, leaving participants energized and equipped to return to their home institutions
Creativity & Connections
Back by popular demand! We will take a break after lunch for "adult recess," where conference participants can let loose and get creative with new friends and old!
