feminPEM aims to cultivate community, provide a safe and welcoming space for self-improvement, and to highlight challenges and solutions for promoting equity and advancement of women in our professional field.

This is a one-day conference consisting of a keynote address, TED-style personal talks, breakout sessions, and some unique & creative networking activities. The conference includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, a little bit of swag, and a LOT of energy and inspiration.
